Nancy Navarro-Walker, EA

Nancy Navarro-Walker has been an Enrolled Agent for almost 10 years and CSEA OC Chapter has been part of that journey. Nancy has served as Director for the Chapter and would now like to serve as Treasurer. Skill sets she brings are she has been helping her business clients with their books therefore business owner can focus on running their business, she also has an accounting background, and works with other non-profits in the community. Nancy has also assisted the Chapter with being the education CE coordinator when the chapter was doing webinars last year. As she does for her clients, Nancy’s role as Treasurer will allow the President and board members to focus on leading the chapter now in post 2020 world. The Chapter had to adapt how education seminars were presented to accommodate the times we were in, Chapter also had to change locations, but what didn’t change was providing quality and up to date tax education. Now the Chapter will work on providing that space again. Some of the goals are comradery for all tax preparers that come to chapter meetings, increasing membership by appealing to local colleges who have tax preparation courses, and more exposure to the Enrolled Agent designation.
